If unity can save America, unity can win championships. The Girls Flag Football program promotes family, unity, and teaching our female student-athletes how to carry themselves on and off the field. We encourage and emphasize to stay humble through every and any circumstance.
Coach Felicity Gonzalez (Lici), a former Weston Ranch student-athlete who graduated with the class of 2018, was the very first female to play varsity tackle football at Weston Ranch High School. Coach Lici has only coached sprinters for track and field as an assistant coach for a few months and went straight to being the head coach for the girl's flag football program.
Though I have little experience coaching, I give all thanks to God for granting me the amazing opportunity to take on the role of a head coach and shine the light through this program all the more while guiding and leading me all the way.
