Elysia Hernandez De La Cruz, better known as Coach Pudi has been the head varsity softball coach at Weston Ranch High school for the last 4 years.

Coach Pudi was offered a Division 1 scholarship during her junior year of high school. She humbly accepted the offer and decided to continue her education as a student- athlete at Cal State University Northridge, majoring in Child and Adolescent Development. During her 4 years at Northridge she was coached by a two-time gold medalist USA softball player, Tairia Flowers. Being a student of the game for several years of travel ball, high school, and college her focus is to train and develop stronger student athletes mentally and physically on and off the field. She would love to share her knowledge of the game, and help girls achieve their goals, just like she did growing up
