San Joaquin County Film Festival
Join us for the first San Joaquin Student Film Festival, hosted by Weston Ranch High School! This exciting event showcases the creativity and talent of K-12 students from across San Joaquin County in California.
Filmmakers are invited to submit their original short films in various categories, including short film, documentary, animation, and more. Whether you’re a budding director, writer, or animator, this festival is a fantastic opportunity to share your work with the community and gain valuable feedback from peers.
The festival will feature screenings of selected films, including awards for standout entries. Come celebrate the artistry and innovation of young filmmakers while enjoying an evening filled with creativity and inspiration.
This event will take place on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024. Doors of the Weston Ranch High School Theatre will open at 6:30pm and the show will start at 7pm. This is a free event and seating is limited to 230 spots.
The goal is to run two festivals a year, one in December, one in April/May.
